Paul Vincent, PE
Paul serves AME Consulting as our Director of Engineering and is a Principal of our firm. Paul’s authority at AME gives him ultimate decision-making ability on all areas of our business and access to our dedicated staff as he determines necessary.
Paul is a registered professional engineer that has spent his entire career focused on public infrastructure study, design and condition assessment. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a major of Environmental Engineering and has 23-years of civil engineering experience. During this time, Paul has worked on a diverse range of projects, ranging from road, bridge, wastewater, stormwater, drinking water, building, and architecture. He is experienced in every phase of a project, all the way from the planning stages, assessments, funding alternatives, to design, permitting, public bidding, through construction and start-up, operations training, and project close-out.
Paul has been both in the field and office gathering and analyzing data, designing cost effective solutions, and communicating those solutions. His past projects have been funded by local, county, state, federal, and private sources. For nearly 20-years, Paul has led project teams by using experience, communication, and real project management methods. As your Project Manager, he brings all that engineering and management experience to you.

Eric Woodmansee, PE
Eric serves as Assistant Director of Engineering and is a Principal Engineer of AME Consulting. Eric’s focus
centers around client relations and ensuring AME clients receive the best value for their dollar to help
their money go further.
Eric is a registered engineer with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He
graduated from Tri-State University (now Trine University) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
and brings almost 20 years of civil engineering experience to our firm. Eric has been involved in a wide
array of projects including municipal infrastructure, airport infrastructure, roadway, and site-civil.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in every aspect of projects from inception to completion
and closeout including planning, funding, design, and construction administration and observation.
Eric has had a well-rounded background of both office and field work. This helps him to continually
refine his skills by keeping up with the latest technologies and construction methods in the field and
bringing those ideas to the office and provide a design that is both efficient and cost effective. A deep
understanding of funding sources allows Eric to present financially responsible ideals to municipalities.
Eric strives to see that clients complete their projects while being fiscally responsible at the same time.
